ST CYR SUR MER is proud to got, on the main square called Portalis, a real small-scale model of the statue of Liberty, on the base you can see the signature of the sculptor Bartholdi.

Inaugurated and offered by Anatole Ducros a rich landowner of st cyr sur mer in 1913, for the first drinking water system in the city, the statue was built entirely with cast-iron and gilded in gold leaf.
